Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: All bookings start with a consultation.
Q: Do I need a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

A: DMs are welcome for general questions, but bookings must go through the official process (see above).

Q: Can I bring my own design?
A: Absolutely! I’m happy to work with your idea or reference. Just know I may adapt it to fit tattooing best.
Q: Will I see the design before the appointment?
A: I usually present designs the day of. If you’re open to trusting the process, you’ll get the best result possible.
Q: Can you copy another artist’s tattoo?
A: I don’t replicate other artists’ work out of respect for their craft. I’ll happily create something original in the same style.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: My rates vary depending on size, complexity, placement, and time. I can give a ballpark during your consultation.
Q: Do you charge by the hour or per piece?
A: Generally all of my appointments are either Half-Day (3 Hours) or Full-Day (6 Hours). I can do smaller tattoos as well, I have a 2 hour minimum.
Q: Do you offer touch-ups?
A: Although touch-ups generally aren’t necessary with my work I do offer a free touch up within a year the tattoo was done unless the tattoo needs a touch up due to neglect (like sunburn or picking).
Q: How should I prepare for my session?
A: Get a good night’s sleep, eat a solid meal, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol or painkillers before your tattoo.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area and that you don’t mind getting ink on.
Q: Can I bring food?
A: Of course! The shop generally has plenty of snacks along with sodas and waters that are all complimentary and on occasion we will order food from one of the local “Mom and Pop” food spots!
Q: Can I apply lidocaine before my appointment?
A: I ask that you DO NOT apply any lidocaine or numbing agents before getting tattooed. Applying any numbing agents will result in a cancellation of the tattoo appointment and void any deposits made towards appointment. DO NOT USE NUMBING CREAMS!
**Please exfoliate the area that will be getting tattooed thoroughly the week of! Also, applying lotion the the area helps hydrate the skin making for a much easier tattoo process!
Q: How do I take care of my new tattoo?
A: You’ll get a full aftercare guide, but the basics are: keep it clean, don’t pick, avoid soaking, and moisturize as needed.

Q: Do tattoos hurt?
A: Yes, but it’s manageable. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, and I’ll work with you to make it as comfortable as possible.
Q: Can I get tattooed if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: For safety reasons, I do not tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Q: Do you tattoo all skin tones?
A: Yes. I take pride in designing tattoos that work beautifully on all skin tones and types.
